Don't know the exact number, but I'd guess in the hundreds at least. Thousands of years of war, after all.

No, I don't plan on it. We may have to kill some people to cover ourselves, but the hope is for a smaller amount of bloodshed. What the Shuck knows... it's hard to say. But I'm Death by Mercy, kind of goes against my nature to blatantly murder people if it isn't somehow mercy.

Not with everything. But he's playing nice and protecting the Unseelie and their cause for now.

Hello. Don't know if you remember, but we met once, during the silver sickness outbreak. [A beat, and Simon looks more downcast than he did then, shoulders slumped slightly, his words softer than before.] I spent a lot of time at the Station recently-- still there, actually, and I saw you a few times, going to or from the Midach's office.
I was wondering if you knew anything about any of the shopkeepers here? Which ones are more friendly towards shardbearers, what court they're with, or not with, things like that. Even if it's just rumours. [Better to have some information than none.]

The wall kept them safe without trapping them, ruling over them. It did it's job before they needed something else, as the world kept growing around them.]
