Left for Bellamy in the living room is a large rectangular package; he's familiar enough with her painting now that it won't be hard for him to guess that it's a canvas, wrapped in plain brown paper. There is a small note affixed to the front of the package:
Happy Birthday, Bell. Octavia helped with it, you should probably make sure you thank her extra.
I know it might be too much; I promise I won't be upset if you decide not to hang it.

Once unwrapped, Bellamy will find a family portrait with himself, Octavia, and their mother. Bellamy and Octavia both reflect their current ages, while their mother continues to look the same she had back when she was alive. Aurora sits at the forefront, Bellamy behind one shoulder, Octavia at the other; Bellamy's arm rests around Octavia. Everyone is smiling.
