[ Octavia's not really the sit-around-and-wait-for-someone-to-come-home type, not anymore. even when it comes to her brother, or anybody else that's important to her ( although that's all changed here, hasn't it? eh, not the point ), the idea of sitting and waiting at all just feels like a huge waste. it makes her antsy. but today it's not so bad, not when she knows she has to be waiting right here so she's there as soon as Bellamy comes home. she could send him a message over the lockets, but this is more important than that. this is-

In case you haven't noticed, this spire's nearly overflowing with shrines, but not all of them have been in the best shape. Clarke and I saw one of the shrines to Po the other day totally wrecked - Po being the god of children. You can go fix it up.

People are scared, of the Void, of the war. You know how it goes. If you can't target the people who are really to blame, they target the next best thing. [And Shardbearers are so present and so deeply encroached in changing this world, a visible representation of power and of the courts too.]
